Policies

- Appointments are required.

- Please do not bring any guests to your appointment. The studio is a smaller space and doesn’t allow for space for guests.

- There is free parking on premises.

- When you arrive please send me a text and I will let you know when I am ready for you! You can either wait in your car or there are benches in the hallway you can wait in as well.

- All starting prices are listed on my booking page. If you are a new client, I am only able to give starting prices unless I am able to assess your hair ahead of time during an in person consultation.

- If you are a color correction, consultations (including a test strand and pre-treatment) are required. If you choose not to do a consult and turn out to be a color correction, your starting price is subject to change.

Payments

- I accept cash, check, or Zelle only (Zelle unfortunately does not seem to work if you happen to have a credit union.) NO Venmo!

- Any products you may need can be purchased with the forms of payment above as well as card.

- If you absolutely need to pay for your service by card, a 3% charge will be added to your service.

Aftercare

I 100% guarantee my work as long as I know what’s going into your hair once you leave. I’m very thorough when it comes to explaining aftercare instructions/products. If you ever have questions on how to use a product I've sold you, please don't hesistate to reach out. I will never force anyone to purchase anything, just know that I can only guarantee that your hair will last if you’re using my recommendations.

Monarch Studio carries Kevin Murphy products. I will only recommend products that I use, know well, and love. For that reason I will not provide recommendations for purchases from Ulta, Amazon, Sally's, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Upon booking you will be prompted to enter a credit card to hold your appointment. This card will NOT be charged on booking. You will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a no show.

A cancellation within 48 hrs will result in a 25% fee of the starting cost of your service.

A same day cancellation or no show will result in a 50% fee of what the starting cost of your appointment was.

If these fees go unpaid, I reserve the right to terminate our client & service provider relationship.

How to Book

- The fastest way to book is by clicking "Book Now" in my profile. You will be brought to my booking page where you can browse the services I offer and their descriptions, as well as my availability.

- If you are a new client and are unsure of what service you fall under, please click the Linktree website in my profile. There is a Google Form where you will fill out all the information necessary for me to determine what service would be best for you. From there you can use my booking site to browse my schedule and book. Filling out this form helps expedite the booking process and keeps us from having to go back-and-forth with messaging for long periods of time.

- On average, I'm booked out about 4-6 weeks for large services. What is listed on my booking website is what I have available. Any cancellations will be offered to currently booked clients first, then to anyone who has added themselves on my waitlist feature that my booking site offers. The best way to snag a cancellation is to have an appointment already booked.
